Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens

Blindfold your Granny, 'cos those luvvies in leather and their spacegirls in spandex (well, pvc actually) are landing on a planet very near you. As an audience member you yourself have the chance to drink at one of Jack's finest tables and to booze, letch and boogie to your heart's content. The cast are an outstanding riot of energy throughout, even managing to stay in character and control whilst putting down drunken hecklers. The original score and libretto are however the a chink in this show's glittering armour; it's high-octane great fun, but not a work of genius. Scott Baker is particularly useful as Jack, but possibly eclipsed by the brilliant Lorraine Bruce as 'Chesty Prospects'. If disco-diva space smut is your thing, this one will light your thrusters!
